About Odisha
Odisha's golden triangle packs three of India's great sights into a short, easy loop on the Bay of Bengal coast. Puri is home to the Jagannath Temple and a long beach, Konark to the 13th-century Sun Temple carved as a giant stone chariot, and Bhubaneswar to hundreds of old temples and the Jain caves of Khandagiri and Udayagiri. South of Puri, Chilika Lake - India's largest coastal lagoon - is one of the few places to see Irrawaddy dolphins. Distances are short, so even the three-day tour covers all of it without long days on the road.
