About Thailand
Thailand, our first destination outside India. The tour pairs the two places most first-time visitors want: Pattaya on the Gulf coast, with a speedboat day out to the islands, and Bangkok, for the riverside temples, the shopping and Safari World. Distances are short - the coast is a little over two hours from the capital - so the itinerary spends its time in each place rather than on the road.
